FIAT übernimmt 35% von Chrysler! *** Fiat: accordo di principio su quota del 35% in Chrysler (Ft) ---Rpt--- Nessun esborso per Fiat. MoU sara' reso noto prossimi giorni (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - New York, 19 gen - Fiat e Chrysler hanno trovato un accordo di principio in base al quale la casa torinese acquisira' una quota del 35% nella piu' piccola delle tre 'big' Usa dell'auto piu' un'opzione per comprare in futuro la maggioranza del capitale, senza alcun esborso di capitale per Fiat. Lo scrive il 'Financial Times' nell'edizione online, citando fonti vicine ai negoziati. L'intesa, continuano le indiscrezioni, prevede la creazione di una joint venture attraverso la quale Chrysler avvierebbe la produzione e la vendita di modelli Fiat nel Nordamerica. In cambio della quota, il gruppo torinese si impegnerebbe a ristrutturare alcuni siti produttivi di Chrysler per la produzione di modelli e componenti Fiat e darebbe alla casa americana accesso alla propria tecnologia. Da parte di Fiat non ci sarebbe alcun esborso in contanti. Ich hoffe diese Nachricht stimmt nicht, denn ich kann mir kaum vorstellen, dass das gut gehen soll.
Doch Marcchione hat ja bewiesen das er es kann, also hoffen wir es klappt. Aber ich will nicht so einen scheiss Amy V8 in einem Alfa sehen. |
Dann kann Fiat/Alfa ja doch noch nach Nordamerika erweitern.
Und Chrylser kriegt einen Vorsprung bei der einführung von Kleinwagen. Nicht ganz ohne Risiko, aber auch nicht ohne Chancen. Und so einen heissen Hemi-V8 (haben ja nur so 400+ PS) in einem (ok, da ihr ihn nicht im Alfa wollt, lassen wir Alfa krepieren) Fiat-Coupe :D |

Klar ist jetzt übetrieben, aber hey das Ding hat auch 612 PS (mindestens) und das der 5 Liter mehr säuft, als der 3.2 V6 JTS Motor von Alfiat/GM ist doch wohl verständlich, bzw. nimmt man gerne als "Negativ" Punkt wahr? ;). Also ich sags mal so, sollte das klappen und Alfiat sollte in Zukunft mit Chrysler Motoren (und zwar richtigen V8 Ami Motoren!!) kommen, sollte man dies mit einem Handkuss annehmen... Man stelle sich einen Alfa Brera mit einem 5.0 V8 Motor vor, welcher 380 PS und knappe 500 Nm leistet, bei einem Verbrauch tiefer als jetzt... Klar an den Motoren-Sound müsste man sich bei einem Alfa noch dran gewöhnen, aber ganz sicher besser als die 3.2 JTS Motoren, die auch in einem Opel vorzufinden sind.. ;) Aber mal schauen, viellicht kommt alles anderst, und ALfa bekommt den 3.2 V aus dem Chrysler Crossfire mit 220 PS :D ;) Vorstellbar ist alles, ich würde es begrüssen, wenn künftig geile, dicke V8 Motoren in den Motoren-Räume der Breras etc. vorzufinden sind ... ;) (Abe rja... wer glaubt noch an den Nikolaus? ;) ;) ) |

Genau das sind die Motoren die Alfa Romeo in der heutigen Zeit amwenigstens Braucht. In Anbetracht der CO2 Diskussion sin vor allem kleinere Motoren mit ordentlich Leistung und möglichst tifeem Verbrauch gefragt, aber genau hier hat die Marke leider schon seit Jahren nichst, aber auch gar nichts zu bieten. ANNOUNCE PLANS FOR A GLOBAL STRATEGIC ALLIANCE Fiat S.p.A., Chrysler LLC (Chrysler) and Cerberus Capital Management L.P., the private investment majority owner of Chrysler LLC, announced today they have signed a non-binding term sheet to establish a global strategic alliance. The alliance, to be a key element of Chrysler’s viability plan, would provide Chrysler with access to competitive, fuel-efficient vehicle platforms, powertrain, and components to be produced at Chrysler manufacturing sites. Fiat would also provide distribution capabilities in key growth markets, as well as substantial cost savings opportunities. In addition, Fiat would provide management services supporting Chrysler’s submission of a viability plan to the U.S. Treasury as required. Fiat has been very successful in executing its own restructuring over the past several years. The alliance would also allow Fiat Group and Chrysler to take advantage of each other's distribution networks and to optimize fully their respective manufacturing footprint and global supplier base. The proposed alliance would be consistent with the terms and conditions of the U.S. Treasury financing to Chrysler. Per the U.S. Treasury loan agreement, each constituent will be asked to contribute to Chrysler’s restructuring effort including: lenders, employees, the UAW, dealers, suppliers and Chrysler Financial. Such steps would greatly contribute to Chrysler’s long term viability plan. Completion of the alliance is subject to due diligence and regulatory approvals, including the U.S. Treasury. As a consideration for Fiat Group’s contribution to the alliance of strategic assets, to include: product and platform sharing, including city and compact segment vehicles, to expand Chrysler’s current product portfolio; technology sharing, including fuel efficient and environmentally friendly powertrain technologies; and access to additional markets, including distribution for Chrysler vehicles in markets outside of North America, Fiat would receive an initial 35 percent equity interest in Chrysler.
